The challenge
They asked us to redesign their website completely and create an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) which uses the Kanban system to move applicants through the process. They also needed an ability for their clients (companies) to log-in, post jobs and manage candidates.
Process & Technology
We have a history of working with this client so we already knew a lot about their business. We started with a thorough audit, careful research on their competitors and then started with a basic mockup. To accomplish this we used WordPress for the website and we built the ATS from scratch using CodeIgniter php framework and ReactJS as JavaScript framework.
The outcome
We completely simplified their application and hiring process. With just a few clicks candidates can now find and apply for a job, recruiters can manage them with simple drag & drop Kanban system and clients can post jobs, see where are they with candidates and manage them by themselves if they want or just leave them comments.What we did:- Product Consulting- UI/UX Design- System Architecture- Development-Dev-Ops
